Refund policy
These products are handmade with a lot of love! I love what I do and I want you to love your purchase just as much as I do! I want you to be completely satisfied with your order! I know issues will arise occasionally, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact me so we can make it right!
Orders typically take 1-3 days to personalize and create for you, also dependent on the size of your order. We complete and ship orders on business days Monday- Friday.
Orders with 5 or more items may take extra time to make and assemble. Please message us if you have a time sensitive order in which you need by a certain day. That way we can evaluate the timeline and adjust the shipping method.
Please leave a note at the check out window letting us know the date you need to receive your items by. We will contact you if there is any issue with that timing. We ship USPS with tracking sent automatically to your email account on file.
Please understand that tracking does not always update automatically with USPS and has a short delay when scanning through their system. USPS does not guarantee shipping times, however, they do suggest timing of 3-5 business days for your package to arrive once shipped! Sadly, we cannot control any delays brought on by USPS shipping. Often times packages can be delayed by USPS due to things out of our shops control. This is one aspect that I can't control unfortunately.
In order to make sure you receive your items when you need them by, it is best to ensure there are at least 10 FULL business days (not including weekends or holidays) to order, assemble, confirm and ship your order (excluding international orders).
Because of the personalized nature of our products, refunds will not be issued once an order has been paid for. I will be happy to discuss any issues that may come up and make sure to fix the issue for you!
In the event that a partial product refund does need to occur (less the personalized cards which were hand made and printed using time, money, paper and ink) the partial refund will be sent to you as soon as we receive your items returned to us! We will notify you and issue you the partial refund. If you do need to ship an item back to us for any reason, the customer is responsible to ship back the package to us.
In the event that your package is lost or stolen through USPS, there is a process that I will be happy to assist you with to file a claim.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All our jewelry pieces are lead free, and hypoallergenic! As of all delicate jewelry (other than real gold or silver) We recommend to remove before showering or water activities to minimize contact with moisture or chemicals. If your pieces will be sitting in their boxes for an extended period of time, it is best to have them sealed in an airtight plastic bag or box.
Simply polishing your pieces from time to time will preserve and keep their shine! Our pieces will NOT irritate or turn your skin green like other jewelry pieces tend to do! Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions you may have!
